I bought a service apartment in 2012 using EPF as down payment and the rests of 70% is under loan. Unit price is about RM650K. It is a leasehold property with size of 1271sqf – about RM520 per sqf. The unit is partial furnish – lighting, wardrobe, fridge, hob, stove and washing machine. It is on top of Festival City Mall. The reason I bought this unit mainly because of its location and very convenience to access to public transportation.
After 2.5 years of waiting, I finally received a letter from developer, stated that my unit is ready for inspection & keys collection.
Last weekend decided to go to do the inspection of the unit. I went there at 11+am and got hard time to find the management office as there is no signboard leads to their office. Had to call them up to get the direction – the office is located at the 3rd floor, parking area.
After registered and get some goodies (air cond remote controls) at the office, the lady then shown me the way to my unit.
The units & landscaping look quite good and I managed to take few pictures while touring around the apartment.

So after inspection, there are few things need to be touch up. Overall, I satisfied with it.
